Activist Group Hands out Porn for Bibles

WARNING: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS MATERIAL NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN TO HEAR OR WATCH.

I can't even begin to express the sadness in my heart for this news story to appear in HLN. I have fought feelings of anger and disgust, but when it boils down to it, I actually am not that surprised. God, and any type of authority for that matter, is VERY offensive to those who live for themselves. I also know that more and more there is separation from those who Love and those who live in hate and the chasm will be WIDE enough to really see. I know it takes more faith to live as an atheist then to live for a God who Cares deeply.I believe the attention this is getting is also just what *atan wants to distract us and keep us angry about something religious so we don't even act our Faith. There will be PLENTY of other situations like this to come. But it even ends up demonstrating how important Truth is in that IT was what was focused on. That should say something to people. Porn never changes any one's life for the good. Looking at it doesn't bring love, only lust. But God IS Love. We are the ones who messed it up. The fact there is sin in the world isn't because God does awful things, it began when WE chose sin and now as time goes by there are so many different results of that sin...murders, illnesses, death of innocent, divorce...and on and on it goes. In the past I blamed God so much for the pain I have been through, but I really believe He was the good guy in it all. We screw up the world with our sin and He still Provides His Love and Comfort for us. He is worth every tear I have cried.

So good for you activist group at UT in San Antonio. I am glad you feel like you accomplished your point, but I pray one day you will feel the Love of God so immensely you will cry at the remembrance of your pride, for what you so proudly stand up for is really only your doubt.

This just makes me heart-sick. I am grieved to hear God's Holy Word compared to "smut." Jesus said, "Father forgive them; they know not what they do." Don't you wish you could just sit down with them and have a talk? They think that the inclusion of impure acts in Scripture means that God has condoned those acts, when it is clearly the opposite.
